Book a free consultation Contact usPoland is the largest consumer market in Central & Eastern Europe and one of the fastest-growing economies in the EU. The numbers franchisors care about:
From market data to your first opening in Poland.
A decision-ready report on your category in Poland: market size, competition, pricing, consumer behaviour, location strategy and realistic unit economics. You learn whether to enter — and how — before you make the full investment.
Master franchise, area development, joint venture, company-owned or hybrid — we model each option against your capital, risk appetite and growth targets, and recommend one.
A structured process on two channels: targeted lead generation campaigns and our standing database of qualified candidates and investors, with a regional team covering the whole country. Competence testing, financial verification, practical workshops — you meet only vetted partners.
Offer, pricing, marketing, supply chain and legal setup adapted to Polish reality. Copying a Western model one-to-one is the most common reason foreign brands fail here. We make sure you do not repeat it.
Field teams, training programs, quality systems and franchise management tools. We stay involved after opening day.
Data, experience and skin in the game.
Five steps from first call to first opening.
You tell us about your concept and goals. We give you a first honest read on fit. Free.
A short assessment of your category in Poland: demand, competition, pricing corridor.
Deep analysis with financial modelling and a recommended entry model.
Profile definition, sourcing, verification, workshops, shortlist.
Contract support, localization, opening, field support and quality systems.
What foreign franchisors ask us most often.
Yes, for most consumer categories. Poland combines the largest population in CEE (37.4 million), consistent GDP growth (3.5% forecast for 2026), a mature franchise infrastructure (1,350+ systems) and relatively low presence of foreign concepts (~20% of systems). The market rewards brands that localize their offer and choose the right partner.
Legally, no. Practically, most successful foreign entries use a master franchise or area development partner with local market knowledge. The right choice depends on your category, capital and control requirements — this is exactly what our entry analysis answers. Whichever model you choose, we bring the expertise of an experienced franchise advisory team and align your system with international franchising best practice, adapted to Polish market conditions.
There is no dedicated franchise statute; franchise agreements operate under the general freedom-of-contract principle of the Polish Civil Code. This gives flexibility, but makes contract quality and partner verification critical. Trademark protection (EUIPO / Polish Patent Office) and a Polish-market-ready agreement are must-haves before entry.
Our first analysis will be ready within 1–2 months. The entry will typically take 6–12 months from decision to first opening, depending on the model. Master franchise recruitment done properly takes 3–6 months of that.
Yes — this is the most common strategy we recommend. Poland offers the scale to prove the concept and build a supply base, and its central location and logistics infrastructure support later expansion to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Baltics, Romania and beyond. PAIH (Polish Investment and Trade Agency) ranks Poland first in CEE for greenfield investment projects — international business already treats it as the regional hub.
Considering Poland or the CEE region? Send us a short description of your concept. Within a few days you will get our honest first assessment — including whether we think you should not enter.
